The Professional Journey
Arriving in Germany as a refugee child, I witnessed firsthand how systems fail when they operate in silos—between authorities, clinicians, and administrative jurisdictions. This experience drove me to pursue three distinct fields of study: medicine, law, and business administration. It also shaped my core conviction: effective solutions are only found when someone takes responsibility for the bigger picture. My career in dentistry began in 2006 as a dental assistant, later specializing in prophylaxis. While studying medicine in the United States, I served as a practice manager for a dental clinic in Beverly Hills. For 20 years, I have known the daily operations of a practice from every angle—from the treatment chair to the executive office. Today, I bring this integrated perspective to clinics, private practices, and corporations. I also speak publicly on how to build a more equitable healthcare system that truly places the patient at its center.
